Registering to Vote

Georgia citizens have access to several other convenient methods of registering to vote:

  • Mail-in registration forms are available from the Fulton County Board of Elections and Voter Registration (see address above) as well as many public libraries, public assistance offices, recruitment offices, schools and other government offices. You may also e-mail your request for a voter registration form to sosweb@sos.state.ga.us, or write to Office of the Secretary of State, Elections Division, Suite 1104 West Tower, 2 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30334-1505. You must include your name and mailing address.
  • You can register to vote when you are receiving services at Department of Public Safety drivers license posts. "Motor Voter" registration is offered when you renew or apply for your driver's license.
  • Students can obtain Georgia voter registration forms, or the necessary forms to register in any state in the U.S., from their school registrar's office or from the office of the Vice President of Academic Affairs.
